I am a psychologist, psychotherapist and coach. I help clients overcome crises and difficult situations in life. I also help overcome anxiety or depression and solve relationship problems. I basically only use methods that someone has verified work. My goal is to help people get rid of the services of a psychologist as soon as possible. (This does not mean, however, that it is always fast. The usual duration of psychotherapy is 3 – 12 months and the most suitable frequency for solving burning problems once a week). I encourage my clients to take a kinder and friendlier attitude towards themselves and their feelings, thoughts and experiences. My goal is to help clients cope with difficult situations more calmly and to experience more fully what is happening “here and now”. I am based, among other things, on the principles of mindfulness. Because I’m both a psychotherapist and a coach, I focus more often on solving a problem than on examining it thoroughly. My main intention is to help the client find ways to alleviate his problem or find a solution. I use techniques from various psychotherapeutic directions, including gestalt therapy, Rogerian therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-oriented short therapy and others, and coaching. I also provide online consultations.
