MUDr. Špaňárová graduated in 1994 from the 1st Medical Faculty of Charles University and in 1997-2000 she practiced at the Dermatovenerological Clinic of the General University Hospital in Prague.
After attestation in 2000, MUDr. Petrovské and MUDr. Cabals. In the years 2008-2010 she worked at the Dermatovenerological Clinic of the University Hospital Královské Vinohrady. In 2011 she founded the company Sanoderm Prague and since then she has run her own private practice (www.spanarova.cz) at the Budějovická Polyclinic.
She currently works as the chief physician of the Mediestetik Clinic of Aesthetic Medicine (www.mediest.cz) and is continuously educated at Czech and foreign trainings in the field of corrective dermatology.¨
