1989 – 1995 – Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University in Brno. The study was completed by state final examinations in 1995.

Postgraduate studies
1998 – attestation of the 1st degree in the field of gynecology and obstetrics
2002 – attestation of the II. degree in gynecology and obstetrics
2011 – attestation in Perinatology and Fetal Medicine

Scientific activity
2001 – defense of a candidate’s dissertation on the topic The influence of meth and heroin on the course of pregnancy.

Main areas of interest:
Perinatology – issues of preterm birth, prenatal diagnosis, high-risk pregnancies and issues of care for pregnant women on substitution therapy.

Publishing and professional activities:

He regularly publishes in the Czech and foreign press, is the author and co-author of three monographs, contributes chapters to the monographs of his colleagues and regularly participates in conferences in the Czech Republic and abroad in the form of lectures or posters.
