Ji\u0159\u00ed Val\u00e1\u0161ek"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span>Als er im Alter von 11 Jahren zum ersten Mal ein Drehbuch f\u00fcr College-Psychologie las, wusste er, dass es die Liebe seines Lebens sein w\u00fcrde. Das Studium an einem staatlichen Gymnasium best\u00e4tigte ihm nur, wie schwer es ist, nicht fit zu sein. Das Unternehmen stellt immer noch Anforderungen an uns, die wir oft nicht erf\u00fcllen k\u00f6nnen. Dem staatlichen Gymnasium folgte das Studium am britischen Gymnasium (The English College in Prag), wo er auch seine formale psychologische Ausbildung begann. Nach seinem erfolgreichen Abschluss wurde er zum Bachelor of Psychology an der University of New York in Prag angenommen. W\u00e4hrend seines Studiums absolvierte er ein einj\u00e4hriges Praktikum im Krankenhaus Na Homolce, verschiedene Praktika im psychiatrischen Krankenhaus Bohnice und war au\u00dferdem ehrenamtlich im ESET-Help Center t\u00e4tig, das sich um psychisch Kranke k\u00fcmmert. W\u00e4hrend seines Studiums organisierte er als Pr\u00e4sident des Psychologischen Clubs auch sein erstes Studentensymposium.<\/span><br \/>\n<span>Nachdem er eine Bachelorarbeit zum Thema Jugendselbstmord und die Rolle der Familie geschrieben hatte, wollte er sich weiter mit diesem Thema befassen. Er wurde erfolgreich an der renommierten New York University The New School f\u00fcr einen Master-Abschluss in klinischer Psychologie mit Schwerpunkt Psychopathologie angenommen. W\u00e4hrend seines Studiums war er an zahlreichen Forschungsarbeiten beteiligt und arbeitete auch f\u00fcr das Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. Hier beteiligte er sich an der Erforschung der psychischen Gesundheit von Medizinstudenten sowie an der Pr\u00e4vention. 2014 \u2013 2016 war er Mitglied des Todman Laboratory for Psychopathology Research. Von 2015 bis 2016 war er au\u00dferdem Mitglied der American Association for Suicidology (AAS). Nach seinem Master-Abschluss trat er in die Welt der Mode bei Vera Wang ein, wo er seine formelle Ausbildung im Personalwesen (MBA) an der Touro University, einer Schule an der ber\u00fchmten New Yorker Wall Street, abschloss. Eine Zeit lang wechselte er als Personalkoordinator zum Schmuckunternehmen Tiffany and Company. 2016 \u2013 2018 war er Mitglied der Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). 2019 kehrte er in die Tschechische Republik zur\u00fcck und gr\u00fcndete zusammen mit dem Psychologist-Projekt seine psychologische Praxis.
