I am a certified coach for holistic, family and team coaching. I help my clients move in life away from problems and frustrations and closer to satisfaction and fulfillment.

You may be wondering what coaching is all about? It is a partnership conversation between the coach and the client. The interview takes place with complete respect for the coachee and his problems, according to professional and proven coaching techniques. I believe that each of us has the answers to the burning situations of our lives stored deep within us. During coaching, they are revealed in a natural and simple way.

Don’t be afraid to move from a place that is comfortable at the moment, but at the same time you feel that you would like to move in a different direction, or that you lack the much-needed meaning in life. Or your satisfaction may be disturbed by family or partner problems. With the help of effective tasks and procedures, you will become an active creator in your life situations and thus gain the necessary confidence in yourself. A person who overcomes the unsatisfactory standards of his life becomes stronger, more confident and therefore more satisfied.

I know what I am talking about. I know what it’s like to develop a successful company for 25 years, but also to sell it when the pace I lived by no longer suited me. Leading employees, even though the role of a supervisor is not entirely natural to me. Or lecture to dozens of students, even though I’m more of an introvert who doesn’t seek attention. I have experienced great life crises, but also returns to a life full of gratitude and hope. I will be happy to work with you to turn even your vague periods into a vision-filled life.

I work with adult clients 18+. Sessions last 50 minutes, it is possible to order them here in the calendar, by e-mail (pavlaublova@gmail.com) or by phone (777 920 029). Cancellation of the session or any change in the date must be announced at least 24 hours in advance. The session is paid in advance to the account number or in cash after the session. We meet in the premises of the YMCA Palace, which is opposite the Palladium on Republic Square.
